Is FleetDV only for Turo hosts?
FleetDV is purpose-built around the workflows and financial questions Turo hosts manage. Small fleet owners with similar records may also find the structure useful.
Can I use FleetDV for free?
Yes. Free includes up to 2 vehicles and up to 10 manual bookings per vehicle, plus the approved basic fleet tracking, dashboard, and calendar experience.
What happens after the 7-day Pro trial?
Unless canceled before the trial ends, Pro renews at $5.99 per month, plus applicable taxes, through Stripe. Creating an account alone does not start the trial.
Does FleetDV connect directly to my Turo account?
No. FleetDV does not currently use a direct Turo account or API connection, and it does not automatically synchronize your Turo data.
Can I import Turo bookings?
Yes. Pro includes supported Turo CSV import. Free supports manual booking entry within its plan limits.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Existing data remains preserved. Creation or changes beyond Free limits are restricted. FleetDV does not delete your records merely because Pro ends.
Can I track a vehicle after I sell it?
Yes. Sold vehicles retain their historical earnings, costs, True Profit, recovery, service, and lifecycle context for periods when they belonged to the fleet.
How is True Profit calculated?
True Profit equals net Turo earnings minus operating costs minus selected-period loan payments. Acquisition costs and down payments are tracked separately.
How does FleetDV handle mileage?
FleetDV distinguishes the current odometer, trip mileage, and optional mileage targets. Service history is recorded separately while still remaining connected to the vehicle.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes. Manage or cancel Pro through Account & Billing and the Stripe Customer Portal. Access may continue through the displayed trial or billing-period end.
